With almost 8 years in the industry, including five running my own label Arlo & Olive, I know what it takes to turn a vision into a range that's actually ready to hit the production floor. I've worked across design, garment construction, fit, and development enough times to know where things go wrong, and how to get them right the first time. Now I help brands and startups do exactly that: bringing their ideas to life through design development, tech packs and spec sheets that make sense to a factory, not just on paper.
